The transparent layers on the ground floor are designated for commercial use, while the upper floors house 14 office units across seven stories. Supporting spaces such as parking, mechanical rooms, a dining area, and a server room are located in the basement. The main entrance is formed by a gap between commercial units, leading to the elevator lobby and staircases through a series of layered panels. The building has a total floor area of 8,400 square meters, with approximately 5,200 square meters dedicated to usable space. The interior space is designed to be transparent, bright, legible, and open, fostering a dynamic and vibrant atmosphere. Each office unit is characterized by a light visual form, enhancing a sense of openness and fluidity. A green roof and rooftop dining area offer a tranquil retreat from the city’s hustle and bustle, providing expansive views. Additionally, the executive terrace on the seventh floor serves as a bright and green courtyard, creating an ideal setting for business meetings.
