Project description
The project is based on a minimalist design idea, where the partition wall between the kitchen and the living room is removed. In its place, an island, serving as the heart of the home, is positioned between the dining table and the kitchen. This transforms the space into a multifunctional area, seamlessly intertwined with other spaces and functionalities.
The house avoids excessive decorative items or luxurious embellishments. A vase or one or two simple paintings are used for decoration, leaving noticeable empty spaces. This emptiness conveys a sense of calm and liberation to the observer. Minimalist, cube-shaped, angular sofas contrast beautifully with circular coffee tables. Additionally, black-and-white wooden chairs, artistically painted, sit gracefully on a tribal rug, creating an eye-catching harmony. The coordination of black, white, and wooden textures is evident throughout the living room and kitchen, beautifully displayed against a neutral gray and white backdrop.
A feature wall in the living room frames the TV and its stand, complemented by wall-mounted decorative elements that naturally draw attention.
For the large windows, simple and sheer curtains have been used. Wherever possible, simpler and more compact furnishings are chosen. Lighting is achieved with minimalist chandeliers, focused halogen lights, and concealed linear lighting.
The bathroom in the master bedroom has been enhanced by removing the adjacent wall and replacing it with a glass partition. Changes in layout and the use of contrasting colors further elevate the appeal of the bedroom, adding to its charm.
